Liked: The location was great near a metro station and if you wanted to walk it was like 25 minutes to Gamla Stan. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was really helpful
Disliked: It was a bit cold but I it was to be expected since we booked a room in the basement.

Liked: The hospitality of stuff, cleanliness, excellent location, very good value for the money.
Disliked: Room is small, without windows, but totally okay for a few tourist days which you mostly spend outside. :)

Excellent Value, Great Breakfast

Liked: Easily accessible via Green Line metro from Central Station. Large self-service breakfast included, which helps defray the cost of being in such an expensive city.
Disliked: Was in a room without windows, which wasn't a problem in itself, but thought the air was a bit stale. Had some difficulty controlling the shower temperature.

Small room but good experience

Liked: Hotel is near to the city center metro station (2 stops). Breakfast in hotel was great, there was plenty of options. Room was clean, with fast Wi Fi and hot water. There was unlimited tea and coffe in the lobby.
Disliked: The room is quite small.

It's worth the experience, but...

Liked: The breakfast was great, a free buffet, and I tasted authentic Swedish meatballs. There was a wide variety of dishes, including various breads, hams, salads, and fruits. The only drawback was that the grilled bacon was a little dry, but it did not affect my high evaluation of the breakfast at this hotel.
Disliked: The double bunk bed is terrible, there is no fixed ladder, every time you go to bed you need to temporarily build a ladder, which is very troublesome if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

Good value, if you don’t...

Liked: Staff very welcoming, Fika area with complimentary coffee and tea was great. Our underground room was spacious enough and cosy with a good tv. Bed and pillows were comfy. Decent location not too far from central.
Disliked: The toilet room was too small even for skinny people. Only one shower and toilet for the whole floor. Staff told us breakfast was available from 6AM, this wasn’t the case.

Liked: The room is nice and clean, with a room heater. the washroom is also well equipped with a Dutch shower. The location is 1.5 km away from the central station.
