Fantastic location, tremendous value, lovely...

Liked: Fantastic location, super clean, very attentive staff who spoke great English. 24 hour reception which is fairly hard to find in Naples, under a certain price bracket. Breakfast was good/what you would expect. Just had everything you needed! Room had a safe, great Aircon (which didn't switch off without a key in like some places) toiletries were very nice, even the cleaners were lovely. For the price this is an unbelievable find given the location
Disliked: Nothing, we did only stay for one night but honestly the only thing we didn't like was having to leave

Very decent stay in a...

Liked: The personnel was very friendly and helpful. All the suggestions from the receptionist were perfect. Also the guys running the breakfast area were very good at their job. They offered and made coffee immediately . The breakfast itself had quite a good variety of local products suitable for an Italian breakfast so you could have a very nice experience.The room and the hotel in general was very clean. You entered the room and you could smell freshness. You entered the hotel and you could smell clean. Also the area was very nice,next to the sea walk.
Disliked: The mattress could be a little bit softer.It was a little uncomfortable at times.The bathtub couldn't stand so much water flow so you should be patient while having a shower.

Liked: The Rex hotel is in a brilliant location with a beautiful bit of pedestrianised seafront just round the corner. It is comfortable and very clean with friendly helpful staff. We will recommend it to our friends.

Good

Liked: Very good location, near Piazza Plebiscita and Galeria Umberto. Nice breakfast (maybe they should add fried eggs) and helpful stuff.
Disliked: Small room and small dinning room (sometimes you have to wait for the table).
