Doug, Burlington, visiting Canadian National Exhibition

I was shocked the most at the uncomfortable beds. They were hard as a rock. Loved the fact there was a microwave and fridge in the room. Makes it easy for midnight snacks or leftovers from the restaurants.

Liked: Right downtown; nice staff.
Disliked: Nightclub next door; no parking; not very comfortable beds.

Nice room and bed, well...

Liked: The room was big, a lot of space in the bathroom, quiet, very confortable king size bed and well situated
Disliked: The parking at the hotel is too expensive. We found something cheaper at 180 meters

Decent location, a bit on...

Liked: Location is good for downtown Toronto and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The room is decorated nicely and the bed and shower facilites were comfortable. It is also a quiet location.
Disliked: There could be a little more attention to detal for a guests stay. The room amenities were lacking just a smidge.

Liked: Prime location The room ambiance
Disliked: How parking was not included in the $420 we paid per night. Also, the smell in the lobby and bar area is way too strong. Instantly gave me a headache and should be changed to something subtle.

Lovely hotel, very comfy with...

Liked: Room was very good and comfortable. Location was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was passable but not great. Everything was done via electronics e.g. open/close curtains etc. Information required was by downloading a screenshot from the tv. Too high-tech for us - I had dropped my phone before I arrived and it wasn't working so not sure about hotel facilities as I couldn't download the screenshot.
