Overall wasn’t a bad stay...

Liked: - The Location was nice - The room was Clean
Disliked: - The breakfast was the biggest waste of money, don’t buy it !!!- The window didn’t open at all so you couldn’t get any fresh air in

Great staff and good value

Liked: Norwich is an awesome place. The room was large and the effort put into prepping the room was high. I felt really valued and looked after here
Disliked: It was hot…. The room was in the sun when I arrived and even though the curtains were drawn, the room was boiling. I opened the windows and went out, but still had a sticky nights sleep

Upgrade needed on the breakfast

Liked: .The room was checked every day, bed made up/ change towels/ hot drink sachets replaced.. Clean bathroom with amazingly easy to use shower providing hot water.. There was a small fan in the room which I needed so I was happy about that.. Good location, not far from the train station and a good Indian takeaway and Greek cafe opposite which I used both. An easy access light to use in bed was useful
Disliked: . The room was a little mismatched, two different light shades in the room, an extra unnecessary wardrobe half blocking the art on the wall . Breakfast was awful
