Adequate but would not recommend

Liked: The water park was so much fun although so very crowded
Disliked: The first villa we rented had a broken air conditioning unit and the floor was very dirty. We had to move to another villa This second villa needs to be upgraded. The dining chairs have no cushioning. The decor is at least 30 years old And the kitchen was poorly equipped. No kids dishes cups etc. No spices. Disappointing overall

Liked: the facilities and location.
Disliked: The where physical and verbal fighting when furniture being thrown of the balconys.. The played a Karaoke Machine on the same Balcony for 5 days straight. Notified resort staff and security, they said the would handle it and comp me for part of my stay. Security never came, Resort staff never came after several phone calls and face to face conversations. They said there is nothing they can do about it, and basically said that is just how its gonna be. I recommend this resort to no one, A motel 6 could have handle this situation let alone this fancy resort. Never again.

Liked: Beautiful and relaxing. The Waterpark was a great plus
Disliked: Charging for the bikes and putt putt was a little crazy and should be included with the resort. My opinion
