Disliked: The entire place smelt like mothballs causing headaches and my clothes even started to smell like that. There was hair all over the bedding when we arrived that didn’t belong to me ! All the showers made a terrible high pitch noise when showering that it even bothered other guest in the villa while someone was showering. The air was “locked” at 74 degrees not allowing us to make it comfortable so it was a sauna. Then when we went to use the fans to try and cool off at nights they were very noisy and sounded like the motors were going.

Disliked: Small water park. Not enough space for the amount of people booked. Had to wait several times coming back in.

Liked: The property and golf course were beautiful
Disliked: That we had to move rooms at 10:30 at night due to broken A/C. A boot from a gold cart we rented flew out and hit my daughter in the forehead. The staff at the water park would not let my 5 year old granddaughter in the gate due to capacity and wanted her to wait in line. One of the security guys driving around in his resort security vehicle tried passing us while we were on the golf cart and I asked him if he was in a hurry and he replied yes and was rude. The ice maker in the room didn’t work, my husband had to keep taking it and unblock it. There was a roach on the floor in the kitchen.
