Disappointed

Liked: Pool was closed after we was told it was open at time of reservation. The complex smelt of weed. Couldn't check in when we got to town at 130 pm. Attendant made us wait til 430 or pay a 29.00 early check in fee. The room wasn't the cleanest. Cabinets and drawers had bugs and dust in them. Bathroom off of living room didn't work. Turned it on water came out of wall. Said something to front desk. Acted like it wasn't a big issue. Going to go back to our other hotel from here on out. Fire alarms were tripped as well.

Disliked: Black mold and mildew on ceilings. Roaches.

Beware, looks nice but it’s...

Liked: The property could be nice if there wasn’t so many druggy homeless people hanging aroundThe parking was the only good thing.
Disliked: The homeless and prostitutes hanging around. The pool was closed but the junky’s were swimming in the green pool and was saying nasty sexual stuff to my 15yr old boys. The air didn’t work in the room,the showers were cold,The tv didn’t work but 3 channels, we had to get our room key reprogrammed each day,& the staff came in our room gave us new towels when we told them everyday don’t come in.

This place was a dump....

Disliked: No chairs to sit in, no hair dryer in bathroom, flimsy blanket on the bed and broken ice machine.

Liked: Floor was dirty . Mattress on let out couch was dirty ! Did not receive the room I booked
