Liked: Very clean room and employees helpful
Disliked: Checked in at 4:15 p.m. Was told room not available. An hour later I checked with the desk since I did not get a text about my room. Room still not available. One hour later I checked again and was told the room was not available. I told the person I had a concert to go to at 7:00 p.m. and to give me any room at all. He went into the back office and 20 min later came out and gave me a key. This was unacceptable. I will say this is the first time this happened. My 3 other stays were fine

Great location and comfortable rooms

Liked: Perfect location for our trip to AC. The event was at the hotel next door and we only had to use the boardwalk to get there. The rooms were a decent size and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: We found an old blueberry muffin in our room, so obviously it wasn't cleaned properly. Also the lines to eat breakfast at the restaurants in the hotel were ridiculous so we had to go elsewhere. The business center space could also use an update.

I like hotels with balconies...

Liked: The room was very clean. The bathroom was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature in the room was easily controlled. Housekeeping was great.
Disliked: Requested Ocean Front but got partial view, that was disappointing. I’m a nonsmoker, so the smoke did bother me in the casino. The stay wasn’t totally bad though.

Superb

Liked: Great hotel! Better than we thought! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great walk in shower and beach view. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Some of the chairs had slight stains, no stove or microwave in our hotel room which considering how spacious it was and having two refrigerators we figured it should have had a microwave as well.
