Resort on Cocoa Beach by VRI resorts

We absolutely felt like we...

Liked: When you walk in you really feel like you have arrived at a true vacation resort with one of the best beach access and accommodations we have ever had in FL.
Disliked: We actually loved it so much that we are going back as soon as possible because there wasn’t anything bad. The only thing we would change is the check out time to 11am EST.

Liked: The rooms are nice size and were clean. The amenities were great (pool, theater, game room, outdoor activities). The location is great for both beach access and local restaurants.
Disliked: It would be nice if the Tiki bar stayed open longer. It closed at 5:00pm but the pool stays open until 11:30pm.

Liked: Close to the beach. Staff was nice. Kids had fun at the pool. Washer and dryer in room.
Disliked: When I booked our trip, it said ocean front. I assumed that meant we could see the beach/ocean from our balcony. That is false, only thing we could see were palm trees. So that was disappointing. The games in the arcade either didn’t work or took your money. They had beach furniture and equipment for rent, it’s unfortunate that a rental didn’t come with the price of the room.

Disliked: We were put in a room on the second floor and it was completely blocked by trees.we paid for a room with partial view.

It was about our 4th...

Liked: We like that it is on the ocean front, the Mexican restaurant, and that it is close to Patrick's Space Force base. Lots of near by grocery stores and restaurants. Our ocean front condo was wonderful this time.
Disliked: We did have some very tiny ants that got into some of our food on the counter. Didn't think to tell the front desk. We just kept anything that was open on the stove or in the microwave and issue resolved.
