Liked: wifi was included and worked well for our needs. very friendly staff and maintenance group that were more than helpful! clean facilities and grounds, spacious 2 bed/partial view double balcony was nice bonus

Disliked: There is visible mold on the living room ceiling. The air conditioning did not reach the thermostat temperature setting. My amazon package was released to someone else. Basically, lost. Most of the front desk staff were rude.

Liked: Location excellent and the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Mexican restaurant was delicious, too, and convenient.
Disliked: We thought everything was very nice. One suggestion is that one of the outside showers on the walk was broken and needed to be fixed. Also wished that we could’ve gotten discount on renting chairs/umbrella as a guest of the Resort.

Liked: The proximity to the beach was great! Self service towel system. Take towels, return them. The wrist bands for easy access to rooms and other facilities, instead of worrying about a card everywhere you go. VERY clean from the lobby to our room. Hotel staff was super friendly as well.
Disliked: The proximity to shops and restaurants. There is a great Mexican restaurant within the hotel but everything else was a short drive away. Lots of places to eat within 2 miles of hotel.
