Resort Citta Romana

Great accommodation for an extended...

Liked: Citta Romana is a slightly more up market holiday park with a mix of owner-occupiers and holiday guests. Everything is very clean and well kept: the accommodation, the park and facilities.The house was spacious and well laid out, with all necessary facilities: well equipped kitchen, open plan dining & living area, additional toilet and utility room with washer & dryer and even an extra fridge. We also enjoyed the garden with a lovely seating area overlooking a small canal.
Disliked: There's only 2 minor things really< the seating area in the garden could benefit from a parasol, especially during summer. And unfortunately it's not possible to bring a dog to the restaurant in the park which meant we were unable to go there for dinner.

A disappointing stay in a...

Liked: The location and the overall setting of the resort were pleasant and had good potential for a relaxing holiday.
Disliked: There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. First, the pricing was not transparent: cleaning fees, towels, and bed linens were not included in the advertised price, making the stay more expensive than expected. The deposit system was confusing — part of the initial €250 was used to cover those extra charges, and then a second deposit had to be paid onsite.I was also warned not to charge my electric car, even though I had my own secure cable and charging setup — something I do safely at home without issue.Additionally, the Wi-Fi network was poor and unreliable, and the breakfast was overpriced, with no practical options for families.

Liked: Lovely place. Perfect for a family of 5 as we were.Location is great not far from Rotterdam or Amsterdam the big cities Very peaceful

Liked: The staff were nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable - I felt like I was sleeping on a trampoline!The pool closing hours were too early. My kids really wanted to swim but pool closes too early.

Peaceful, clean, and comfy

Liked: Very peaceful. Well supplied with kitchen utensils. Beds are basic, but sufficient.
Disliked: Be prepared to bring your own supplies, including necessities like salt and hand soap.
