Hugely disappointing.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I had a family medical emergency, contact both Pelican Hill and Bookings on multiple occasions to try to get a voucher for a later date or a refund. The resort literally did not get back to Bookings or myself at all on the messages sent. When you want to book and pay for a service there is a response in 5 minutes. When you need help, everyone runs for the hills. Totally unacceptable behavior.

The room is big, but with old-fashioned inner deco. The service is also quite poor. Overall to say, its definitely not
