Liked: The location was excellent. Close to lots of restaurants and shops, easy to get around the city due to the nearby metro station. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nice place but needs update

Disliked: The bathroom needs renovation. There was mold on the tiles and the sink and toilet were wobbly.

Liked: Love the location along a pedestrian only street with a great variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. An outside terrace was very nice to have. Only a short walk to the metro and taxi stand.Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Quiet as well.Staff were very helpful before and during our stay.We would definitely stay here again.

Unpleasant last minute changes

Liked: Great location and nice rooms
Disliked: Mold in the shower. Morning staff announced that checkout was at 10 though documents in the room said 11:00. I took a shower and the hot water ran out two minutes in - I was the only person in our group who showered, so it wasn’t because we used it up.
