Exceptional

Liked: The owner is nice italian woman. She is so kind and she wanted always to help me. During my stay it was Easter and she kindly explain me where the supermarlet was and until what time I could be there. Also as I needed to depart early she offers to book me a taxi cause autobus weren't running. The room I got was the single and it is small but well organized. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, there is AC, she gives you mini fridge with some drinks, she gives breakfast, there is coffe machine in the hall. Super recommended. It is near Ponte Nuovo so you just need to walk few minutes to get stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Everthing was good.

Liked: Very nice accommodation, in a very convenient place, walking distance from the main sightseeing. Clean, quiet. Monica and Anna are very nice people, trustable and available for any response. Thank you for hosting me, i would definitely come back.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Having supplied a likely arrival time of 2-3pm, I was called a little earlier in the afternoon and warned that the normal member of staff scheduled to welcome me couldn't make it then and giving me a phone number of a colleague I could call on arrival. A member of staff also called me personally via the land line in my room to apologise for a problem with the coffee machine (see below). Location was good, on the far side of the Adige close to a couple of historic churches, the Giardino Giusti and the smaller Roman theatre, and an easy stroll to two of the bridges across the river to the town centre. Room was very clean.
Disliked: Bed and pillow were a bit hard and not the most comfortable. In the chilly northern Italian winter, the room was quite cold; air con is present but of course placed high up (hot air rises!); there is a small heater in the wardrobe, but I thought it best not to leave it on overnight, and woke feeling chilly in the small hours. Basically a few more blankets would have been useful. Breakfast (left in the room for you) is quite limited - hard, rusk-like bread with a bit of jam; corn flakes; a Babybel cheese. It would be nice to have a proper pastry and some soft bread. The coffee machine, which you need to use to make your breakfast cappucino, was out of order and couldn't be repaired as it was a weekend; there was another machine but it only made espresso. This also meant there was no way to dispense hot water, so I couldn't use the several tea bags that had been left; it would be helpful to have a kettle in the room. Bathroom door once accidentally locked itself from the inside when I closed it from the outside, so that I couldn't get back in; had to use room key as a lever to re-open door! None of these issues was disastrous, but together they made this a bit less pleasant than it might have been.

Liked: The room is nice, daily cleaning was really great and good complementary breakfast.The owner was very kind, responsive and always tried to accomodade our needs.

Liked: The place is beautifully situated. A short walk and you're in the hub of the action. The most important sites to see are nearby. It's in a quaint area. The host was great.
Disliked: The coffee machine ran out of water a few times before I could have my coffee!! I guess others drank lots of coffee!
