Very cobfuryabke and lovely place...

Liked: Very nice apartment and everything catered for - very efficient effective communication. Easy to navigate interdictions and property was lovely for our short stay.

If you are looking for...

Liked: It was very clean. It had all the amenities we needed and even a couple k kups and creamers. Very well thought through. The building was safe. It was within walking distance of Old Quebec.
Disliked: The location was in a bit of a high homeless population. Witnessing garbage cans being dug through and such. The garage we were instructed to park in was undergoing construction had something drop on our vehicle damaging the door panel. None of this was the fault of the property though.

Good location, good space.

Liked: Big space in the room. Good appliances available. Good location. Shower is good.
Disliked: Bed not very comfortable. HVAC too noisy!! Parking is expensive and they only give you 1 ticket per day (so you can not in/out many times in the same day). The parking building is under construction, so it's a mess right now.

Amazing place, we could happily...

Liked: Everything was excellent, beyond our expectations. We were provided with lots of helpful information before our arrival.The building was easy to find and so was the parking, which is opposite.The apartment had everything we could ever want, from coffee pods and milk pots, to lovely toiletries and great towels. Everything was so lovely we could have moved in permanently!Brilliant location for walking into the town. Quiet at night, and there are shops within 10 minutes walk.We would love to stay here again, and highly recommend the place.
Disliked: The instructions for getting into the apartment, and the parking, do seem complicated when you first receive them. However, once you get to the building everything is so clear, just follow the instructions Step by Step, and you cannot go wrong.The car park voucher gives you a discount for every 24 hours parked. But you Must move your car out of the car park before you stay more than 24 hours.So, we arrived at 5.30pm Sunday, and parked. At 5.00pm on Monday we drove out of the car park using the discount voucher. We drove around the block then re-entered the car park, and parked in the same space. Easy.We left Tuesday morning, using the second discount voucher.The car park is locked at night so no one can get inside, ensuring your car is safe. How great is that??
