Perfect place for our needs...

Liked: Clean, spacious apartment. Well stocked for cooking in the kitchen but missing a few utensils and lids for pots/pans. Bathroom was very nice and queen bed was super comfortable. We needed a cot/folding bed but ended up using the cushions from the sofa instead since the folding bed was very uncomfortable dipping in the middle where the fold was. The manager was great and very helpful when a problem had arisen and accommodated my special request The location is among a part of town with a lot of homeless people and some drugs? going on. Right by the YMCA so that was nice if you have membership and want to use the gym. Easy walking distance to the old city.
Disliked: The neighbourhood might make some people a bit uncomfortable but I didn't feel unsafe during the daytim.
