Room was exceptional staff not...

Liked: The convenience of the location and the rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. The room was worth the price. With the snow storm the parking lot was well taken care of with exception to the parking spaces. Cable and heater worked great and the bed was to die for.
Disliked: Stayed 22 days at the residences. Some of the staff was very rude. Housekeeping was lousy. My last night at the residences we had a heavy snow storm. Everything was covered in snow so when I parked after going to get dinner I parked in a handicapped spot not knowing it because the spot was covered in snow and there is no sign. I was rudely told the next morning that someone was waiting on the spot and to move my car. The person who was waiting was actually parked in the spot next to me. Petty people. There should be a sign posted there. I have a 11 month old who was up all night also and I overslept (yes c/o is at 11am that's my bad) so I was late leaving and was rudely told that housekeeping needs to get in the room which I find amusing because after I spent over 2000.00 with this place and i had to change my own sheets and towels because housekeeping claimed I was sleeping when they came but the front desk girl told me they come between 2 and 5pm. I know I wasn't sleeping at that time I wasn't even in the room and I came back to a dirty room. several times this last week I had to clean my own room because housekeeping just dropped a huge garbage bag of stuff in my room despite the fact I literally went to the desk and asked for housekeeping. When I mentioned it to the manager she made it sound like it was my fault despite the fact her front desk clerk specifically told me that they would be there between 2 and 5pm. Today When asked if I wanted to extend my stay I said no and I would have extended if it had not been for the ridiculous rudeness over that parking spot and the pushiness to vacate the room for housekeeping after id been asking for housekeeping all week and didn't get it until I went and complained to a manager. Its really too bad because its not a bad place its actually a very nice convenient place to stay but some of the staff makes it very inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Disappointed with management NOT giving...

Liked: My daughter was supposed to have a 3 day field hockey tournament at The Hampshire Dome in Milford, NH. The tournament was cancelled because of the Corona virus pandemic, just 24 hours before the first game was to be played. The last minute cansellation was to late for me to give 48 hours notice for the cancellation of the room. I thought the property might charge us for one night and refund us for one night but that was NOT the case.
Disliked: The property is a little outdated.
