Literally stayed for one night...
Liked: Staff, location, and price were great!
Disliked: Room was very outdated compared to other rooms I have stayed in. The couch was a random section of a different couch with one arm and torn up. The tv was on an old bureau. The tv had a terrible lag. All the furniture was old and beat up and not like the pictures. Very bad smell in the room. Bed was extremely HARD!

Great Location and value.
Liked: Easy check in and out. Staff friendly and helpful.Great location to our event. Would definitely return.
Disliked: Everything was good. The only thing I could have used was a broom and dustpan in unit for cracker crumbs.

Management do not care and...
Liked: nothing
Disliked: The day I booked, I left them message that I will arriving late, after midnight. They have messages that if arrive late use the kiosk. So, we arrived at 1.26 am, the kiosk doesn't work, where it says use an empty card from the basket, no one left any empty card to be used to create a key and after trying 30 minutes, we got hold of a lady who couldn't get hold of the management and said someone would call us, no one called in 90 minutes. Late at night, after driving an hour from Boston international airport, we were sitting outside the complex, so tired, and so frustrated. We never had this kind of disaster in our life before, so disappointing and frustrating, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The management doesn't really care. Their next door hotel was all booked and there were 3 front desk employee there, and on other hotel had front desk employee but they were booked too. So, finally at 3.30 am after 2 hours we learned from the operator or assistant that there is a certain box, and use 4 digit number she gave to open it and our key will be inside. So much suffering for this simple thing , which the management could easily do is send us an email that your key will be in this locker box and the enter this 4 digit number to open it. I don't think the management care , they don't bother to communicate. Even in Anchorage Alaska, we arrive 3 in the morning, and the management sent us message of password to enter our room. This is a strange hotel, with no interest of serving people better, if you are not arriving really late, you would be lucky otherwise...it's your luck what would happen.

Liked: price was good. location was good. the outside of the facility looked nice.
Disliked: The hallway smelled like animal urine. The residents were sketchy. The room was very outdated and had a smell to it. The furniture was not in great shape either. Would not stay here again.

Liked: No breakfast offered.
Disliked: No TV remote. Had trouble with the key. Got a new one. This was just before the office closed and it made me nervous. What would have happened if I arrived using the lock box and had trouble with the key then?
