Loved the spacious room and...
Liked: Huge 2 story apartment with full kitchen
Disliked: Hard to find the room at first.

A nice reprieve.
Liked: It was good place to stay while the Landlord was renovating my apartment. It was like my apartment as a matter of fact: comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: It was near a noisy highway: The Everett Turnpike - not much you can do about that.

Liked: I love the Residences and stay there whenever the price enables. I've stayed there on ~10 occasions.
Disliked: This particular unit needed some work. One of the light fixtures worked intermittently. The iron was a disaster. There were no hangers in the closet and the smoke/fire alarm would beep from time to time beginning 1st thing in the morning (when I reported at checkout the receptionist, I think correctly, suggested that it probably needed new batteries).

Not very friendly if you...
Liked: The location is good, park like setting in a nature. Close to shopping.
Disliked: They did not arrange the check in for us, although I sent message notifying them that we are coming late. They could reply to my message with the instruction trough booking. But instead, the lady on the reception told me that I don’t have the local number so they could not write me. Seriously? So does it mean this property is not friendly for tourists coming outside from US? What about booking message? We arrived at 4 am, and couldn’t get to the room until 5 am. One hour looking around to find any clue. After the long delayed flight, that was very unprofessional from this management.
