Terrible hotel, to be avoided!

Liked: Not much, to be avoided, really bad experience!
Disliked: Noisy, very hot in May (could only sleep with a/c but that was not cleaned, smelt bad), dirty, studio with kitchen had no microwave and bare minimal kitchen accessories (2 pieces of cutlery, glasses etc), elevator hardly worked, poor insulation in the building, receptionist was unfriendly and spoke bad English, gave incorrect info about travel to train station. It was almost impossible to get to the building.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was high quality and fresh. The bathroom was clean
Disliked: The reception staff were not friendly at all, which is quite disappointing for a tourist city like Prague. There were no slippers in the bathroom, and the double rooms were very small, barely accommodating two people.

Bad

Disliked: I went to stay 1 night with my family on the 17th of April 2025, and I will not go there again. The receptionist was not professional and didn't deserve to be at that place. She is not welcoming at all, and when asking her about any info, she answers in a very bad why ( like if she hoped that we didn't even be here). Also, I found that air-conditioning is not working in our room and we cannot sleep like this specially there us no ventilation, and when I complained to her, she simply said that " air-conditioning is working only starting from May and that also will be the same for all hotels at Prague" I called another hotel and confirmed that air-conditioning is working normally all over the year which means that receptionist didn't know anything about her job or she is just a racist to us because we are Muslims. Later, I found someone came and turned on the air-conditioning normally.. I'm very annoyed and will not ever stay at this residence again....
