Liked: The cleanliness of the room and the facilities were very good.
Disliked: "When we arrived at 3:50 p.m., the reception staff refused to hand over the room, saying it wasn't ready. Their approach was completely unprofessional, and as a former hotel manager, I have never seen such an amateurish attitude."

Liked: Plenty of space and appreciated the fridge
Disliked: The room was split level which meant it was very hot as the window is on the lower level. Very glad it wasn't a heatwave like it was the week before

Liked: Price was okay, as well as the location.
Disliked: I am 1.90m and could not stand right up in the bathroom having a shower. The shower head was at 1.50m maximum. Water was either freezing cold (most of the time) or boiling hot.We stayed with several friends at this location and they all had the same issue with the bathroom.No ventilation in the bathroom, causing mold which you could smell as soon as you got in yhe bathroom. Broken tiles in the bathroom.Kitchen is a joke.Bed was on the split level, with a height of less than 1.90m so you can guess, I couldn't stand up from the bed without hitting my head with an extra bonus of a smoke detector.Staff was uninterested and ignoring you when you ahd a question.So all together, price was good but the rest was rubbish.

Liked: Very warm and helpful greeting from the wonderful receptionist. Amazing location, very easy walk to everything we wanted to see, and what a bonus to have on site car parking.
