Best Hotel I've Had -...

Liked: Breakfast was vast and had many delicious options; available from 730 - 1030. Staff was beyond helpful and someone is always at reception all hours of the day. Booked the Superior Suite with Terrace and absolutely no regrets had the most beautiful views of Oldtown and Prague Castle in distance.
Disliked: Only issue I personally had was room got very hot in the night, the AC unit and remote were a little difficult to figure out and make due.

Liked: Clean, comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff and excellent central location in the Old Town.
Disliked: Nothing we did not like.

Liked: How close it was to old town square.The male staff at the reception and the porter were very good and accommodating and the breakfast staff were helpful but…
Disliked: Unfortunately, a lady staff at our last day of stay was very rude and unhelpful which left a bad taste in the mouth.It was not good value for money which was expected given that it’s in the old town however, we expected a level of professionalism from the staff at all times. The building is old so very old school look and hard to find an electrical outlet to charge our electrical equipment such as phones, cameras and laptops.

Liked: Perfect hotel in a perfect location perfect room with perfect porch with beautiful view on the old city and the castle. Ask for room number 603 you won't regret it 😉

Very good

Liked: Central location, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet, kitchenette.
Disliked: Outdated room, awful shower ( temperature fluctuations- no curtain, water everywhere,- slippery), maintenence issues ( loose toilet seat, access vents falling out).

Liked: Location is convenient, room size is perfect for family stay.
