Easy access to the metro...

Liked: Friendly staff. I was happy they had a laundry room, which was helpful.

Very good

Liked: Loved the location; we could walk everywhere or ride the Metro. The staff were very helpful and kind (with the exception of the lady who checked us out -terrible mood). Felt like we and our vehicle were very safe and secure.
Disliked: We should have been warned we’d hear trains through the night; with no way to run the fan constantly we kept waking up. There should be a white noise machine or something. The bed was a rock; literally the hardest mattress we’ve ever slept on, which did not let us sleep well.

Basic hotel. Nice to have...

Liked: The greeter and staff on Saturday morning were much more pleasant. Having a pool was a plus.
Disliked: Multiple issues with our room including holes in the carpet and a broken pull out sofa. No parking available in the garage. When we approach the supervisor on staff that night, her response was “yeah sorry” and walked away.

Great location. Would stay again

Liked: The room was a great size and very comfortable. Free breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly. A 3 minute walk to the subway station and a 10 minute walk to the national mall (walking distance to Congress , Air & Space Museum, and other places).
Disliked: There were not many restaurants nearby. A lot of it was fast food.

Enjoyed the Residence stay thoroughly,...

Liked: Location - excellent. Room size -- more than adequate. Staff -- very helpful. Breakfast -- terrific. Parking -- convenient, but expensive.
Disliked: Parking expense. Lack of nearby food options.
