Cheap, but you get what...
Liked: The staff was very friendly & the location worked well for our trip. The rate we got was great.
Disliked: They charge $10 for parking. It's in a residential area and there is no need to charge for parking at a hotel in this area. I've never paid for parking at any other hotel in CT. The bedding they provided for the pull out sofa was super thin and really worn out, in a bag that was ripping & had hairs on it. The pull out was also really uncomfortable and the room that it was in barely fit the bed when it was open. After we arrived, a super loud car was driving around and around the parking lot & then two fire trucks showed up (no idea why). The main lobby area had a terrible smell to it and the breakfast wasn't great - minimal offerings so we went to a diner down the road. Given there are plenty of other options in the area, we won't be choosing this hotel again.

Would not stay here again
Liked: Location was convenient for family get together
Disliked: The staff was less than accommodating. They would not let our other family members check into their room until 3:00 pm exactly while we checked in early, which held us all up from being able to get to our family reunion. We paid for a queen bed and ended up with a double bed. We have stayed at a few Marriott Residence Inns and this was by far the worst. We will not recommend it or stay there again when we next visit our family.
