Fine place, an odd location
Liked: They are doing a good job with meals and facilities during the pandemic.
Disliked: The location is in an odd place. It's just off the highway, but you have to go around quite a bit to actually get there.

Could be way better
Liked: The front desk staff was awesome, the breakfast was still included and given out in individually- awesome and safe! COVID-19 signage was very minimal (at the front desk). Checkin/ checkout was easy. I didn?t have the cleaning staff in the room once I was in there and I would highly suggest bringing what you need to feel safe and comfortable. Do not depend on the hotel. It appeared to me as if Marriott put little to zero action in their COVID-19 response. Locally, Saratoga did an amazing job! Hand sanitizer everywhere, screening questions, disclosure of policies before engaging in anything, etc. great town- will probably stay somewhere more conscious next time.
Disliked: In light of COVID-19, protecting staff/ guests, and cleanliness (which frankly should?ve been priority before the pandemic)should be a top priority. No COVID policy was provided to me in writing upon arrival, no temperature taken, no screening questions were asked. If even to simply collect the data, it should be done. Reminders of their covid policies and hand sanitizer stations should be throughout the facilities. The room itself wasn?t even pre-covid clean. The kitchen area hadn?t even been wiped (food was on the counters) let alone cleaned. Luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies, disinfectant, kitchen stuff, bed liens, etc. Not sure how the staff feels about this all but I?m sure they don?t feel as safe as they should at work. It appeared to me as if Marriott put little to zero action in their COVID-19 response.
