Liked: How close we were to everything
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned. We found shrimp in the dishwasher I had to ask my husband to remove because I was sick looking at it. We found a towel in a drawer and food under the bed.

Liked: How breakfast was served in the am clean fresh rooms location perfect one employee stood out Jesse he worked that Wednesday morning he was very helpful and the overnight guy that assisted me with the dor when my key wouldn't work and the toilet bc it was clogged when. We got there.
Disliked: The only issue was the whole stay we did not have a living room TV it came on but no matter how many remotes the guy gave us nothing worked so we all where cramped in the bedroom watching tv

Disliked: The pool & hot tub were disgusting and should have been closed. You could not see the bottom of the pool even in the 3’ end. The hot tub was yellow with visible mold growing on the sides.

Mostly a great experience and...
Liked: Well, we got there very early in the morning and our room had been given to someone else (I tried to call twice and I emailed that we were going to be really late) but the gentleman at the front desk apologized and got us another room ASAP and it was a great room, plenty of room for me and my family to be totally comfortable and had a nice view of the city! The people during the day at the front and other staff was approachable and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was clean and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed most of our and mostly had a great experience.
Disliked: There was a mix up and things may not have been communicated correctly, not sure and that wasn't the problem per se. The problem was when we returned to our room Wednesday March 13th, 2024, all of our possessions were gone. Our suitcases, bedding, toiletries, and food we had in the fridge. When I went down to the front desk, they had all of our things but all our loose items (not in the suitcases) were in one big black garbage bag. We had food that leaked or spilled on our belongings and shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles had leaked and got on the food and other belongings. Our things were not handled with care and I lost about 20 or $30 dollars worth of food I had to throw out, not to mention having to clean our bedding and loose items off from food and toiletries getting on them and bring everything back to our room. We had been out since early morning and all day walking and were tired and just wanted to come back to our hotel and relax and we couldn't. Apparently, they thought we checked out and left all our belongings there and I get there was some misunderstanding but the way housekeeping handled our belongings (especially for a higher end hotel) was not okay and we were pretty upset. I feel there was definitely a better way of handling that. That was our only complaint about our stay at your awesome establishment.
