Pandemic is over let’s get...

Liked: Location and two bedrooms.
Disliked: Should have service every day!!!!! Paying for the room every day!!! Having to get towels from the front desk is not very desirable….

Not a happy customer.

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: I booked for two queens. I checked in with one king. The staff changed my room to a junior suite, which was one queen and a fold out sofa. That's not what I expected for a getaway weekend for a friend.I paid way too much money for what I actually got in return.

Overall good hotel, I would...

Liked: Loved the room size, very quiet(even right by the elevator), pool was great for kids, clean, comfortable beds
Disliked: the hot tub was not a hot tub, lukewarm at best, asked for extra pillows and they didn't have any
