Liked: I loved my room;?it felt like home, not a hotel.
Disliked: A little out of the way.

Not a good experience -...

Liked: The bed was nice and the room was large and clean
Disliked: Three things1) Trains blowing their horns until 10p, then resuming at 6am. Literally right out the window2) There was rust stains (or at least brown stains) on my shower floor3) When I checked in, they said they "would take care of parking". Then a $12 fee appeared on my bill in the morning. When I approached the staff that morning, they said there was nothing they could do. Boo! It is only 12 bucks, but customer service was not good.

Disliked: Everything inside the room is very very old - at the onset of decay. Bathtub, taps, light switches - everything.

Liked: All of the staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. The rooms and bathroom are so spacious and nice as well. The hotel in general is well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who stays in/near Philadelphia.
Disliked: The only thing I had a "problem" with is that there was some silverware that was dirty and the bath didn't drain well. I think those are normal mistakes/things that get missed.
