Liked: The woman at the front desk was very nice and understanding
Disliked: The room was really dirty including all of the commonly touched areas which was not ok, especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning the visibly dirty room when my toddler and I checked in. The television in our room didn?t work at all and the only solution was to switch to a new room. When I opened the curtains to look out the window, right outside sitting in the bushes was a handgun. Then when my friend came to help me take our stuff back out to the car after being there for only 2-3 hours she was able to get into the building without a key card by simply pulling on the door.

Liked: Checkin and out was easy. Breakfast was good. Grounds were well maintained. Easy to get to stanford.
Disliked: I thought it was a little pricey for one night. The room was a great size but when we opened up the pullout couch there were dirty sheets left on it and there was mold on the shower curtain. I guess when you find a few thing dirty you question how clean is it really.

Residence hotel on El Camino

Liked: The suite with the kitchen was very nice. Fully supplied with dishes, pots, silverware. Exceedingly clean. Breakfast was good. Grounds were agreeable. The location is convenient for restaurants and other services.
Disliked: I was surprised to find that the motel charges $24/ night for parking. I have stayed in several motels on El Camino and that was not the case. Since we had two cars, we moved one to another site, rather than pay for 2 cars.
