Seeping water in room

Liked: Location, good breakfast, plenty of on site free parking. Beds very comfortable. TV channel selection good.
Disliked: Water seeped into the cupboard from the laundry room next door. Maintenance placed a noisy fan to dry it out in the room for three days. The seeping water continued so it never dried out. Carpets in the cupboard and eventually half the room carpet was soaked.

Disliked: The hotel rooms need a refresh. There were stains on the couch cushions and pillows on the couch were pilled.

Liked: I liked the location and the amenities.
Disliked: One of the Maine doors to my building from the parking area was broken. Had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to get in.

Liked: Very clean, good breakfast selection, quiet location within the city.
Disliked: The walls are pretty thin. We were woken by the elevator down the hall, people coming and going...None of us got very good sleep.
