Overall stay was ok but...

Disliked: Sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. My kids couldn't able to sleep the whole night, it was bending from middle. They don't have extra mattress to replace sofa bed. The carpet was very old and had dirty spots. The shower curtain was dirty.

Liked: Zach & the team at the Front Desk were very polite, helpful & accommodating. The penthouse room was the perfect size for 2 couples - the 2 bedroom & separate en suite bathrooms worked well. Speedway, Subway, Starbucks, Smashburger, & Walgreen are within walking distance.Laundry mat on the premises was perfect for our 7 night stay.
Disliked: This hotel charges $10 per day for parking :-(The hotel itself is showing its age. The 1st penthouse suite had an electrical panel issue. After expressing our concerns, Zach was able to move us to another penthouse suite. This 2nd penthouse was close to N. Hurstbourne - so we can hear the traffic. Sofabed was worn out. Carpets were still dirty (I had to buy some indoor slippers so that I can walk around the suite).Nightly prices go up when closer to the weekend.Although there is a no smoking sign inside the room, there were occasional smells of cigarettes (& other) smoke coming from other areas of the hotel.

Liked: The suite was amazing. I loved it. Clean and really made Me feel at home.
Disliked: The only downfall I experienced was the water didn't stay hot very long at all. I didn't get to shower completely before the hot ran out.

Liked: i loved the spave. it gave her with. the desk up stairs has a comfy chair but also the soaps andtigreex
Disliked: was there anything i did as a kid thought my phone

Disliked: Stairs could be a little noisy at times, but that's the individual in the next suite issues. other wise very quiet no street noise at all
