Liked: The breakfast was better than most hotels. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.
Disliked: When i booked the reservation i agreed to pay when i arrived at the hotel, but my card was automatically charged very early in the morning on the day i was checking in. I wanted to use a different card to pay when I arrived. The staff first blamed booking.com, then a "computer error" after booking.com told me only the hotel had my card info. I now need to wait 5-7 business days for the charge on that card to cancel. It was a total pain, made worse by their lack of concern/care about running an unauthorized charge on my card. The room was not very clean. Almost every dish in the cabinet was dirty, like solid bits of food on plates and lip stick on glasses. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor and all of the shelves were dusty. It was obvious that the room hadn't been given a good deep cleaning in a while. There was a fly buzzing around the room even though it was 20°f outside. We were looking forward to the pool, but there was a sign saying it is permanently closed.

Liked: The staff was very nice. The room was spacious and the perfect size for two adults and one toddler.
Disliked: I did not dislike anything about the room or the staff.
