Run of the mill multi-story...
Liked: We went next door for brunch as Grand Luxo restaurant which has the best breakfasts in Houston - just a 5 min walk.
Disliked: The courtyards that connect the 4 story residential units lack any charm or character at all, you get the feeling you are in an industrial warehouse zone. Nearby sidewalks rough. But that is inner city Houston for you. Rooms and lobby ok.

Despite a long day of...
Liked: After pulling in to the parking lot and unloading / hauling our belongings to the front desk to check in, we were met by the Night Shift Manager. They were extremely rude and discourteous t to my Wife who was attempting to figure out how our reservation had been moved to the next day despite an overwhelming amount of evidence in the way of emails and text messages and finally phone conversations with Booking.com Agents. This person who we believe was responsible for the entire situation that eventually escalated to the point where we found ourselves sleeping in the back of our U-haul van with our ESA Pet Luna (7 1/2 yrs, Female Belgian Malinois) despite being charged $125 for a room we never stepped foot inside. We were put out on the street the following 2-nights because of the issue we found ourselves in due to the Night Managers bizarre and aggressive behavior. I've never been yelled at in a hotel lobby front desk to "leave!" after being told that we did not have a room for that night only to be charged a cancellation fee of $125 shortly thereafter. The final sum of charges that drafted from my bank account was up around $400 dollars?!? This situation was entirely avoidable and could have been avoided if Hotel Staff would have followed General Company Policies and made an effort to be kind and treat others how they would like to be treated.
