Liked: Everything the hotel is beautiful
Disliked: However i booked 2 months in advance and i called 3 weeks prior to reservation to make sure i got the right room and it was not i was overcharged for the incorrect room

Liked: The cleanliness and the kitchen. I was able to cook instead of getting take out.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for me. It made my back hurt.

Disliked: I got the wrong room and I got a run around about why I got the wrong room and theycharged me more the. whatthe room was valued. I loved this location last year but this year the staff was rude and I didn’t get the accommodation I PAID for.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was friendly. Room was large and great for a family of 4. Pool are was nice.
Disliked: There was no towels in the room besides hand towels. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes. There were used dishes in the dishwasher. Did not like that there were no individual shampoo, conditioner or body wash containers, seems unsanitary to be using a group bottle. The bathroom not very clean. There was hair on the floor and “stuff” in the shower.
