Liked: Two rooms. Kitchenette. Tub
Disliked: Minor repair needed on bathroom sliding door. No makeup mirror.

Liked: Nothing at all!! The experience was horrible! I will not recommend this place to anyone! The employees are unprofessional and do not go above and beyond to take care of their guest!
Disliked: Booked through Bookit. I was told me room was in Building A so we walked in the rain and freezing cold at midnight ( me and 2 other young ladies) only to have to walk around like lost puppies to end up in Building B. That was just the start of the Horrible experience!! Was offered a $10.00 food voucher by Lentay (That I was never given). The room I was given on the first night was wrong Lentay lied to me and said he was going to put me in a second room at no cost for both nights. Next day was treated like [email protected]! by Priscilla Schraer who only mentioned she was the "Assistant GENERAL Manager" 100 times during our conversation. She basically called me a liar when I told her that Lentay said I would not be charged at all for the extra room for both nights. She claimed that he only comped the room for 1 night for the inconvenience (not what he said at all). My guest that were staying with me also heard what he said to me. I ended up having to pay extra just to get the room I originally booked through Bookit. I called Bookit and confirmed that what I booked on their site was in-fact correct and it was! They called and spoke with Priscilla Schrarer as well and conformed it. There was some sort of mix up between the hotel and Bookit. However had Priscilla Scharer not been so rude over the phone with me maybe went a step above and contacted Bookit herself prior to accusing me of lying or being rude to me a lot of this would have been avoided. The location was the best thing about my 2 night stay. The place is nice looking but still needs a lot of work. The staff needs to be trained better! The Assistant General Manager Priscilla Schraer needs to be trained in Guest Services and Management. I personally am not sure if I will stay here again but if I do I will be doing more research first.

Liked: It was very clean and elegant.
Disliked: I checked in late about 2 hours because the room was not ready. But when I request a late checkout for 1.5 hour they gave me only 1 Hour.
