Great staff and wonderful facilities.
Liked: Staff was very warm and accomdating.
Disliked: Everything was exceptional.

I paid for the hotel room several weeks in advance with a credit card and provided my debit card for incidentals when we checked in on Saturday. A few hours later there was a $170 hold on my checking account. I have used my debit card for hotel incidentals before and have never had such a large pending amount. The pending amounts were still there several days later on Tuesday. I emailed the customer service for Marriot and was told the pending money would be released in 3-5 days. While upset, I knew there wasn't much I could do. The next day (Wednesday), I saw that pending charges were gone HOWEVER the hotel had actually taken---- out of my account! I called immediately. I spoke to a very nice woman at the front desk who reassured me my money would be refunded in 24 hours. But I still don't understand WHY my money was taken. I had already paid for the room. The pending charges are semi-understandable (I still think it was a ridiculous amount though) but to take money for no reason? I emailed the customer service again and was told a team was working on it. I had my money back several hours later that same day. Thank goodness I had checked my account before I accidentally overdrew money. The staff was great and got it handled faster than I would have thought possible but I still cannot wrap my head around why this happened. It made for a very stressful start to my week. If you are staying here, make sure to give a credit card for incidentals and to watch activity on it VERY closely.
Liked: The rooms are VERY nice at this hotel. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a cute kitchenette. We didn't use any of the kitchen appliances though.
Disliked: I DID not like that they accidentally charged me--- for nothing. I had already paid for the room and then noticed additional charges. I was refunded it but it was inconvenient to lose that much money for a day.

Liked: Free breakfast, free wifi, free parking were the best things about the hotel. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was not as good as usual as they ran out of things like eggs. The beds were just ok. It was really far from downtown.

Liked: Close to Easton Mall, plenty of activities for the children in and around the hotel, very helpful and courteous staff, food was great, loved the two TV and internet was excellent too! We will definitely come back again.
Disliked: Nothing... everything was excellent

Liked: Room was very nice. Reception staff extremely friendly and professional.
Disliked: A little pricey. The room was nice, but we had to look for both the tv remote cotrols. Also the breakfast left a little to be desired.
