Liked: The room was spacious, and staff was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was nothing special. A lotnof frozen food heated up. When we called to let them know our toilet was clogged they said they already knew and were working on it. After 3 hours I called them to see what the update was and they told me someone should have come already fixed it.

Liked: Everyone was so friendly and warm! The breakfast staff was working so hard on a holiday weekend to keep it stocked for the guests! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and the highways and we felt so comfortable in our room!
Disliked: It was a little hard to be on the third floor with our dog and get him in/outside timely but we made it work!

Disliked: When the A/C ran in room 217 in sounded like a 747 airplane engine lol

Liked: Having a full kitchen and seating area made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly staff, location of the hotel, and complimentary breakfast were excellent. We definitely plan on staying again when traveling to Winston-Salem.
Disliked: There isn't anything that I didn't like.
