Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was previous peoples hair all over the shower. There was also acouple pieces of popcorn on the floor in the room

Disliked: The smell of weed all down the hallway and the fact the room I was first given had a tv that didn’t work (I was told by the lady working front desk that management was gone for the night and that she could send someone to check it out the next day)so I had to relocate myself and kids to another room then once we got to the second room the lights didn’t work and tv had no remote controller I really feel like they could’ve offered to refund me because it was unacceptable definitely wouldn’t recommend it

Liked: The staff was very helpful in accommodating one of our needs.

Poor

Disliked: Our original rooms A/C unit wasn't working. While they were able to get us a new room, it had to be downgraded. Then, 2 mornings in a row an alarm in the unoccupied room next to us went off at 6am. The employee didn't think to turn the alarm off for good or to even unplug it. The pool is not that big. It could fit small children and the deepest it goes is 3ft. The pillows are small and useless and the bed was horrible.

Overall decent stay 6/10. For...

Liked: Breakfast was decently hot. Towels and sheets were clean and easily accessible at night when needing more. Friendly greeting staff.
Disliked: The room was not the cleanest upon arrival. Old stockings left over. Tissue as well. The back stares tripped me up because the base was torn up. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. It looks like it was a basic wash through maybe.
