Even though booking messed up...
Liked: Clean. Comfy beds. Staff are good.
Disliked: Room too far from the pool.

Definitely recommend it
Liked: Great breakfast. Airport shuttle, nice location. Helpful staff and very clear suites. Family and business oriented. Definitely recommend it.
Disliked: Basically, all was good. I could not see any shortcomings

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice, there were definitely some sketchy people around/staying in the hotel ? though, and there was garbage lying around the hotel such as in elevators. Guests also leaving towels and garbage outside their rooms...All of this made the stay seem lower class / dumpy.
Disliked: Garbage and mess and random sketchy people hanging around

Charged twice for my stay...
Liked: my card was charged twice for my stay even after calling them for refund they refused. Other than that its a good hotel nice rooms but I would say reception lack of experience costed me paying twice for my stay & the lack of manners & professionalism of the manager when I called to report double charge would make me never stay again at this hotel as I was planning to stay there at-least 8-10 times per year during my work trips to winnipeg.
