Liked: Staff was very friendly, our AC broke in our home so we needed a place for four adults and our dog. The double room with rollaway bed was perfect. Best breakfast at an American hotel yet!!! Waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and A full oatmeal bar. Also had alternative milk. 70% of Americans with don’t drink dairy or are allergic and maybe a few hotels carry alternative milk. So thank you

Disliked: The shower was not clean. The sink had big brown, rusty color spots.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping staff is very friendly. Great selection at the complimentary breakfast that changes daily. Pet friendly. Nice location. The kitchen in the suite is excellent!
Disliked: Front desk staff (aside from the young lady that checked us in) is not friendly and look like they hate their job.

It was a bad experience.

Liked: How close it is to everything the room was pretty the staff at the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. It was a woman and a man, and they were so sweet and they really worked to keep everything filled and clean. BestPart of the experience.
Disliked: The front desk staff was just horrendous your a pet friendly hotel. you have kids running up and done the hallway and the dogs started barking and the front desk called me while I was heading to an event to come back and get our dogs to stop because someone complained which were two dachshunds 14 pounds and 9 pounds. Because they were barking. It’s a pet friendly hotel! Maybe control behavior of your guests I feel bad they started to bark But it was no problem that a couple were fighting so loud you can hear them down the hall I lost $125 due to this and missed my event. We were there one night The clerks answer to everything was did you call to complain. Everything was our fault. No I didn’t. OH and they don’t refund your dog deposit even if they don’t do anything wrong Which was over $100
