Disliked: The room smelled and they had dead bugs on the floor

Good

Liked: Super friendly staff upon entering. Love the ice cream social and free snacks. Room was a good size. Pretty quiet. Great location.
Disliked: Breakfast lobby area extremely warm. Needed some AC going. Pillows uncomfortable.

Disliked: As we were leaving for our 8 hr drive home, my kids asked for a complimentary icecream. They were told no not until 4 PM

won’t be staying here ever...

Liked: Up late due to barking dogs, missed breakfast.Check in gave me late checkout really nice.
Disliked: Snacks in lobby….Cheetos….this hotel was 300$/nt and staff stayed on my floor. I’m so sick of hotels doing this. Housekeeper woke me from dead sleep- twice- she banged on door like she was my dad and I was late for school. Checkout isn’t even til 11, SHEBANG 🎶 @9:08
