I would stay here again. It was close to the 401 and lots of restaurants and a large cinema. We stayed for a Lacrosse tournament and the boys really enjoyed the hotel.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was really good; healthy choices too, not just eggs and bacon.
Disliked: The lobby wasn't very big and there wasn't any common space to sit.

Liked: The space was great. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in each one was excellent. The breakfast included in the price is always great and there were a lot of excellent choices.
Disliked: The lighting in the living room of the apartment was flickering. Not a major issue but a little irritating.

Liked: The location and the room. The proximity off all the restaurants and the train. The breakfast buffet was excellant
Disliked: The price was way to expensive. If I would of waited and booked a little later I would of saved $130. Lesson learned, no more reservations with booking.com. I should of booked directly with the establishement.

Liked: The room itself was nice. They didn’t have the room we booked available so we were placed into a one bedroom. Although not really used the kitchen area looked wonderful. The couch was comfortable. There was a high top table area for two which was great for meals. All but one staff was very nice and they were kind enough to answer any questions we had. The pool hours are also super long, it was open until 11:00pm which is much later than most. We unfortunately were using the hotel as our apartment was in construction and still left early for work so we were gone before breakfast opened but it did smell amazing and I think was great quality by scent and vision alone.
Disliked: There was one staff who did have an attitude from the start. She checked us in. She was very annoyed we used a third party site which I can understand but could have been worded more kindly. They didn’t have the room we booked so she had asked us to cancel our reservation and pay through their hotel at a more expensive price for the bigger room. I told her I could not cancel my reservation as the cancellation date had passed but she would have to on their end. Then we would go to another hotel at a better rate. She “upgraded” us but was very visibly and verbally mad about the whole thing. The room did have a broken toilet paper holder, but totally not a big deal. The toilet also does not flush well as a heads up. Very little pressure even struggled with urine. I was not a fan of the mattress protector. I am a paranoid person when it comes to the risk of bed bugs or germ transference. The protector is like a sheet and didn’t fully cover the mattress sides. It’s just a preference to have a fully encasing protector and they’re so cheap I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have this. It seemed very cheap. But no signs of any issues or cleanliness concerns in the room. The pool on the other hand was visibly dirty. There were some particles floating, lots of hair elastics and random bits on the bottom of the pool floor, dirtiness around around the chairs.
