Best hotel, with the best...

Liked: From the moment we walked in, the staff gave off the best energy we have experienced at any hotel. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and most importantly it was comfortable!
Disliked: Nothing! Can honestly say there were no complaints!

Always the best stay and...

Liked: I have been staying at this location in St Clairesville for several years when I come visit from Texas. The staff are the BEST ever (wanna shout out for Lorraine!!) The Inn is quiet, pleasant and so easy to get around the town). Never a problem and always a great experience! Recommend it highly.
Disliked: This time I was in 307 and only a window in the living area with a wall (on outside) facing the window. I only had a view of about 3 ft wide to look out toward the buffalo wing place. I’m not really complaining and I know I will mention to make sure I have a better window area next time (as I’ve always had in the past) I STILL LOVE THE INN!’

Liked: The staff was so welcoming. We loved our room. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The rooms were amazing. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool area was disgusting. The hot tub was so gross. Dirt all over the bottom jets barely worked. Wasn't that warm. Over all it was pretty nasty. The pool itself was fine. But the sea surrounding the pool was not taken care of. We were there from Friday to Sunday and the same dirty towels sat on the ground all weekend. Was really bummed about the pool area and hot tub as we went there just t9 swim and relax for the weekend.
