Nicer than most properties but...

Liked: Suite style more room bathroom large multi charge points breakfast included convenient by highway
Disliked: Higher priced than should be. Bathroom through bedroom door only

For the price and Marriott,...

Liked: The gym and location.
Disliked: We arrived so late (2am) and had to call to get someone to come to the desk. We clearly had 3 guests staying per our booking and the pull out sofa didn't have any bedding. We had to ask for this and then got push back when asked for an extra blanket. We stayed 3 days and never had any housekeeping staff come to our room once to restock towels or coffee, clean etc.

Good option for a couple...

Liked: I work in Springfield and needed to be in town for 3 days, I chose residence inn to have a kitchen area which was great. The location was close by (8-15 minutes) which was nice. The suite itself was very spacious. I used the fire pit one night to read a book and it was relaxing. Always love a hotel with breakfast included!!
Disliked: Had to cut over quickly from the highway to take a U turn to get to the hotel which was a little annoying but cant really change that easily. My room had a really loud air conditioner or something hidden behind a locked door, it only turned on once in a while but it was louder than I would expect. Might not be good if there are kids or anyone sensitive to loud noises while trying to sleep. Im sure not all the rooms have it! A little pricey for 2 nights but still the more inexpensive option over graduation weekend in the West Springfield/Springfield area!
