Value for money, good breakfast...

Liked: We got a waterfront view and it was amazing. You can take a walk down the lush green public space immediately behind the hotel. Convenient parking, and the indoor swimming pool seemed to be heated to a cozy temperature. There is an outdoor hot tub as well. Free breakfast buffet with great value. Free water/ice cube vending machine was a great addition to discourage plastic usage. I think every hotel should have this. Kudos to getting them.
Disliked: I found the water vending machine by myself, and was not informed about it by the staff when I enquired about the complimentary water bottles.

Liked: I loved everything except the breakfast. The sausage was awful rubbery and would have liked bacon and some kind of potatoes. Would like more cut up fresh fruit options. The coffee said strong but was very weak.

Liked: Our room had a great balcony that overlooked the river. The location was perfect for our needs. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We were looking to buy a deck of cards (and couldn’t find any) and they let us borrow one . Also, the breakfast staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: What I liked the most was, without a doubt, the location and the service from a gentleman who helped me with the situation involving a very unprepared receptionist, who only caused me discomfort. He made me lose a significant amount of time due to his inexperience as a receptionist and was very rude. However, this gentleman showed exceptional experience in resolving my booking situation. So, I was very pleased with that service. I also liked the room I stayed in, it was very well appointed, and I would definitely return.
Disliked: “What I didn’t like was a receptionist with long hair who still wears a mask. He was extremely rude and caused a lot of problems because he didn’t understand that my name, my nickname, is Calvin, but my registered name is different. What matters is what was on my card. I use my nickname because of my open business, and I explained this to him, but he didn’t get it. He wanted it to match what was on my Driver’s License, which it wouldn’t, because the Driver’s License has my registered name, but the app had my nickname, and everything was correct. Still, he insisted on not giving me the reservation under my Driver’s License name. Even when I showed that my name is also Calvin B Harvey , as it appeared on my credit card and the booking reservation. In summary, I wouldn’t return because of this receptionist. I really hope they transfer him to another area because he is not fit to be a receptionist. He is a terrible employee.”

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and beautiful hotel, gorgeous location.

Wonderful stay.

Liked: Great staff and customer service. They were all very friendly and helpful. They were kind to our kids. Room was clean, nice and modern. Sheets were fresh and crisp white. Enjoyed the marketplace downstairs to grab food on our way to ski.
Disliked: The only negative comment I have is that the hot tub water was a little smelly, but it didn’t stop us from swimming.
