Good location, but poor value,...

Liked: The convenient location to my office was the only reason I didn't move out of this hotel after one night.
Disliked: I was disappointed in my stay for several reasons: 1. Quality of the rooms: I selected the hotel because I wanted a kitchenette. I was disappointed by the quality of the kitchenette. The dishwasher had one rack with a broken wheel, making it difficult to pull out the rack to load. The toaster functioned, but the tray to collect crumbs was completely detached from the rest of the toaster. (I tried to fix it and gave up.) The cabinets were so poorly constructed that I had to open both cabinets to access the pull out drawer?otherwise the drawer scraped against the door of the other cabinet. I was provided with one large pot, but also the lid for a smaller pot. I asked for the smaller pot, but never received one. 2. Housekeeping: I understand that housekeeping services are limited during the pandemic. I stayed eight nights and was therefore eligible to have housekeeping come once during my stay. I scheduled housekeeping with the front desk, but no housekeeping was ever performed. 3. Front desk: The front desk was rarely staffed. When I initially called to ask about housekeeping and the missing pot, I was put on hold. After waiting ten minutes, I gave up and walked downstairs (and found someone to help me?though neither of those requests were ever filled). About 45 minutes after I had returned to my room, I got a call back number from the front desk asking whether I still needed service. When I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. I finally called and notified them that I was standing at the front desk. At that point, the concierge did help by calling me a taxi. 4. Condition of the hotel: The hotel was generally shabby for a Marriott property.
