The accomodations and staff far...

Liked: All of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room staff very attentive to the needs of the guests. Front desk/reception staff were personable and beyond helpful! We will definately pick this hotel whenever we come to DC.
Disliked: The sofas in the suites are aging and not particularly comfortable. You may want to upgrade. Otherwise all was terrific.

We had a great stay....

Liked: The breakfast was great Had many options to choose from. The staff were very attentive to the guests and continuously made sure the limited tables were cleaned
Disliked: Wish that there was a restaurant on property

Excellent property in very convenient...

Liked: Location, room size, cleanliness, facilities including washer/dryer.
Disliked: Included breakfast was fine, but some limitations in options. For kids, the range of options were not suitable.

Exceptional

Liked: I want to give a special thanks to Yanni who was so kind and patient during breakfast time. My mother was struggling with some things and she took the time to show her around and help her get what she needed
Disliked: You could hear a lot of the conversations going on in other rooms

Liked: accommodations were nice - my resident had no other complaints.thanks for asking.
Disliked: Front Desk Staff - one of them asked arrogantly if I'd ever worked at a hotel before. There was an issue w/Booking.com. I paid them and the 3rd party neglected to pay the hotel so when my client arrived there was an issue. It was finally rectified after several calls etc.. it was an embarrassment to say the least.

It felt homey and comfortable. We were able to entertain others and each other. Very comfortable bed

Liked: We had a problem with the sink backing up and they were attentive to our needs. We were on the first floor which was awesome and allowed us access to an additional bathroom if needed. The breakfast was incredible!!!!!
Disliked: Just the sink back up in the bathroom. But we were only there for one night so it didn't really affect us.
