Liked: Clean, staff friendly . Good option for breakfast
Disliked: None

Overall, the stay was good.

Liked: We had three rooms, all very clean, especially the toilet. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly, and we appreciate being allowed an early check-in. The hotel’s location was also good. Safeway grocery store was 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Disliked: We were a bit disappointed given the price we paid for the rooms, which affected our rating. First, there were no slippers in the room, which we expect as part of Marriott standards. We had to take a cab the same day to buy slippers for all of us, as nothing was available nearby. Second, breakfast needs improvement. We stayed from Monday to Friday, and the food selection was poor, bacon was served only on one day.

Liked: I liked the staff was very friendly. Room was quiet. Location was close to landmarks
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, breakfast food choices was minimal compare to Hyatt hotel, parking too expensive. Toilet did not have a vent despite the fact that the bed was directly next to the toilet.

Liked: Great location near capital monuments and museums.
Disliked: Hope that you don’t need the staff to assist with changes to reservations. I spoke with 2 individuals prior to our stay and both provided incorrect info and didn’t record anything in the hotel’s system to reflect our requests.We originally booked in May, my wife later had an injury requiring a knee scooter and crutches. We called ahead the week before our stay and were told that we could have a roll-in shower and it was updated in their system. Our flight to DC was cancelled due to weather, and we ended up not being able to make it on our first reserved night. I called ahead and asked to be checked-in so we didn’t lose our spot (knowing I’d reserved the roll-in shower), we were willing to forfeit the cost of the first night.Upon arrival, our room had been released (even though I’d already paid for our entire stay and called ahead). We were informed that no roll-in showers were available for the duration of our stay. Needless to say, this caused quite a bit of difficulty for us and the only explanation from the hotel staff was ‘it was human error’.

Disliked: Parking garage was ridiculous in tight and $59 per night for our vehicle.
