Excellent customer service and amazing...

Liked: I loved that it wasn’t far from everywhere we wanted to go so we were able to walk. Everyone was super friendly and the whole place was super clean.
Disliked: I thought the room we stayed in could have used a little work/updating. Such as touch up paint, and the breaker box was broken. Other than that it was nice.

Convenien location

Liked: Breakfast had numerous excellent choices. There is also a small store in the lobby for quick snacks. Close to metro.
Disliked: Selection of nearby restaurants for evening meals. Also the nearby restaurant closing early.

Really enjoyed our stay except...

Liked: Everything went well except our smile detector in our room. I beeped every night starting intermittently and by the third night it was all night. We asked at the front desk every day to have it fixed, but it never was. It resulted in us leaving a day early. It was a shame, b/c everything else was excellent. I'm not sure why this issue could not be resolved.
Disliked: A resolution to the smoke detector would have been great. Inability to sleep made things tough. Hopefully they resolved this for the next group in the room.
