Exceptional

Visiting Walnut Creek from Ireland

Liked: The location suited us, as we wanted to be walking distance to the shopping and restaurants. The hotel was quiet, so we got a good night's sleep. My husband used the pool and the gym. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like about the Residence Inn, mind you, we would have liked it if the hotel had an evening restaurant.

Disliked: I had to go down 2 floors to find a working ice machine. Double doors to the elevator area wouldn’t stay open so it was difficult maneuvering with luggage.

Sleepless night due to faulty...

Liked: Clean , modern
Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice. First time , not an issue, we evacuated. Second time about an hour later, we evacuated again, front desk staff said alarm system had not reset properly. Alarm tech was Niort responding. Fire captain had to insist the front desk manager call alarm tech again.
