Liked: I like how spacious the room was and that they were able to accommodate my request to be on the top floor.
Disliked: They wouldn't let me in my room until after 2 hours after check-in. I called to see if I could check in a little early, and they told me my room wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. I showed up at 4 and still had to wait until 5 pm, due to low staff and laundry room issues. Giving me less than 1 hour to get ready for my bday event. The air conditioner wasn't on, so the room was extra hot. The curtains were broken, and when the maintenance technician came, he put his bare feet on the table where my food was, to stand on it to fix the curtins.( I have a video) I stepped in dog boo on the elevator and hallway leaving out, which made me late to an event(because I had to clean my shoes). Then to top it off, I was charged for parking without being told I was being charged.... I only have 1 car and was told I could have up to 2 parking passes.

Disliked: The first receptionist must have been new, she cost me over 14,00$ in mistakes

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Was not clean. No towel or pillow for the sleeper couch. Bathroom was not clean.Guest were allowed to smoke Marijuana in the rooms...it could be smelled in the halls.Dogs barking constantly.
