Disliked: They double charged me, I’ve been trying to contact them through messages, calls and nothing. Anthony said he was going to contact me with his supervisor but I’m still waiting. It totally ruined the experience

Liked: Nice clean room, friendly staff
Disliked: breakfast was good. Somehow expand area where food is served. A lot of guests especially children standing around waiting to get their food. Keep it moving.

Liked: Hotel staff was excellent.
Disliked: There was a little boy that was running loose around the hotel. Seem like everyone knew him. He was standing around in the lobby to watch the open and closing. About 10 minutes later he stopped. Where were his family?
