Liked: Everything was good just wish that the phones in room worked for outside calls and the remote in rooms where not working properly

Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent. I have executive housekeeping management experience and I would have to give the cleanness a 10/10. Customer Service is beyond amazing everyone greets you and is very pleasant. Breakfast was a 10/10 the best I have a had having a lactose fiancée he was actually able to eat as if he was home. A softball tournament brought us to town I think we found our hotel for the future.

Love You Residence Inn!!!
Liked: The staff at the Inn was amazing, especially Tony at the desk. He was very cordial and helpful. The room's necessities were well thought out;; the kitchen had everything we needed, the pots and accessories were great, the fridge was a great size and it included an icemaker! The bathroom was very clean with a large shower.. the TV had a swivel base and the bed was comfortable. Lastly,with the exception of potatoes, breakfast was fantastic!! I've stayed at hotels before but this one tops them all! I would definitely choose Residence Inn on my next visit to Virginia Beach. I loved that there was free parking!
Disliked: I didn't like that the TV kept going out and circling around during our program. There should be extra hangers for guests and breakfast should be extended an hr.
