Superb

Liked: Pet friendly, great spacious rooms with kitchen, comfy beds, great location.
Disliked: Balcony too small and the exhaust for a/c unit blows onto Balcony making it unbearable to sit out there. Breakfast was ok but could have had some better options....pancakes, breakfast burritos etc.

Great family vacation stay on...

Liked: Perfect location on the beach. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Super convenient that it’s pet friendly as well! We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which offered a good variety. The staff was super friendly as well! Valet drivers were quick when we did need access to our car.
Disliked: Wish the pool stayed open a bit later for a late night dip in the hot tub but definitely not a deal breaker.Not sure if all rooms are like this but there was a vent that faced out on to our balcony and it was quite noisy and hot which made sitting outside on the balcony less enjoyable. We had to shut the A/C off when we were outside so it wasn’t an issue. Only other minor thing to note was that we were on Floor 5 and the hallway was VERY hot.

Perfect place for families

Liked: Everyone was extremely friendly. Views from the bedroom were amazing. Staff whenever you needed, and valet couldn't have been nicer.
Disliked: Everyone drank the hot water for teas immediately, so it was empty a lot. Seriously, this is the only thing we wish would've been better.

Liked: The place was well located and the staff was super nice. Everyone was so helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the stay was very enjoyable.

Disliked: The pull out bed was not comfortable for an adult.

Liked: Very nice, would definitely stay here again!Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Beds are comfy. They provide feather and regular pillows. Furniture is easily wiped clean of sand.Rooms are big, plenty of room for our family of 4.
Disliked: Things to know:There are only a few rooms with ovens. If you get one of them BRING your own COOKWARE. NOTHING is provided for oven use. Bring a broom! The rooms don’t have them and the bi-daily housekeeping does not sweep.Very little parking on-site, you have to use valet. But the valet guys are great!

Liked: Great view of the ocean and yummy breakfast. The unit was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Could use a bellhop to help direct guests when they arrive/leave.
