Bad Experience with Hotel Room

Liked: Location was really good and easy access to the beach
Disliked: Room which we got 1005 it’s very bad condition in bathroom water is getting stuck in shower and lot of noise from Air Conditioning unit which is the main bedroom it caused lot of disturbance and not able to sleep at all

Our stay was enjoyable but...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Room was short shampoo and body wash. Comforter was bunched with it's fill. When needing coffee supplied with room multiple requests made before supplied. Balcony door was in need of replaced because discoloration between glass.

Love the hotel and would...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, love that all rooms are an ocean front view, close walk to the beach and love the location
Disliked: 1 Elevator was out of service all weekend
