Liked: Very nice, would definitely stay here again!Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great! Beds are comfy. They provide feather and regular pillows. Furniture is easily wiped clean of sand.Rooms are big, plenty of room for our family of 4.
Disliked: Things to know:There are only a few rooms with ovens. If you get one of them BRING your own COOKWARE. NOTHING is provided for oven use. Bring a broom! The rooms don’t have them and the bi-daily housekeeping does not sweep.Very little parking on-site, you have to use valet. But the valet guys are great!

Liked: Great view of the ocean and yummy breakfast. The unit was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Could use a bellhop to help direct guests when they arrive/leave.

It was okay but not...

Liked: Closeness to the beach. Workers were friendly
Disliked: Sliding glass window looked like seal had been broken and was so discolored you couldn’t see out of it. It ruined the ocean view. Balcony was unusable because when you step out of it you are right in front of the air conditioner fan and it was loud and filthy and the paint was chipping off the cement floor. Very disappointing.

Liked: This was our 2nd year with RI and we love it because our puppers gets to come along with and the staff is super friendly.
Disliked: Everything was great except our room just could not stay cool enough even with us keeping the door and blinds shut.

Clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was great!! Room was clean and new with a full size kitchen quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and fully stocked with everything. New bathroom. Beautiful view of the beach. Quiet location. Parking was never an issue. Used valet only once and it went great. Came in at almost 11:00pm with my family and gave the valet my keys with my AirPods on it by accident. When I realized the next morning I went down to office. No issues at all. My AirPods were still there on my keys. Honest, clean, accommodating quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The balcony is a little small, but you can still see the beautiful beach. It wasn’t an issue at all. The air condition is a little loud but if you set it to low, your fine. The hotel overall is a great place to stay.
