Disliked: Horrible customer care, no towels, room not ready for check in at 3:00pm & still not clean when they did finally check us in, non working elevators, tv , general non urgency of the staff to accommodate any of these issues , closet door off track

Disliked: Not enough towels, not enough soap Elevators have been out of service twice that I have stayed here

Bad

Disliked: We booked a 2 bedroom queen suite at Residence Inn for the 5 of us. When we arrived, we were told we had been moved to the sister hotel Fairfield Inn. Fairfield Inn does not have 2 bedroom suites. Initially we were only given a 1 king bed suite. 1king 1 pullout sofa will not fit 5. The family had to be separated. No clear explanation was given for why we were moved.

Disappointing

Disliked: elevator was out and we were on the the 3rd floor/ Breakfast the second morning of our stay was wiped out by one of the groups staying there.
